Desert Palm resort in Dubai has teamed up with the Consulate General of Canada and Agriculture to promote Canadian produce for two weeks.
From Sunday 27th April onwards guests will be able to sample specially designed a la carte menus at the resort’s Epicure and Portico restaurants.
On offer will be a selection of Angus beef, veal and seafood dishes in addition to a range of artisanal cheeses from Québec.
Key Canadian ingredients will include pure maple syrup, cranberries and many more.
