Brunch is now served on a 220-foot yacht in Dubai

Friday brunches are a regular pastime for many Dubai residents, but there's now an even more opulent option: you can brunch on a 220-foot-long commercial yacht that will sail around Arabian Gulf waters every Friday and Saturday. The world's largest yacht is reportedly the Azzam (which is 590 feet long), so the Dubai brunch yacht, called the Lotus , is about a third the size of that, making it among the two or three hundred largest yachts in the world. The brunch will cost from Dhs149 with food and soft drinks, and will feature all the normal trappings: live cooking stations, a buffet and entertainment - but from the confines of a luxury yacht. The Friday feast is being sold as "the world's first Mega Yacht Brunch Cruise", and it will sail around the Burj Al Arab and Atlantis, The Palm during the trip.
