Have you tried the Vida Food truck yet? The food truck scene is a growing trend in the Emirates and it’s one we’re salivating over.
Also known as Vida’s Portable Gourmet Station, the Vida Food Truck is a restoration of a 1960s Airstream that serves small dishes and bites parked outside The Pavilion Downtown Dubai. The Vida van’s vibe is laid-back, casual and quirky — just what you’d expect from street food. Interesting bites on the truck include an R-rated mac n cheese, a ceviche and popcorn pita and bunny chow and smoked brisket served on a hot bun. You can simply grab some grub on the go or hire the van to cater parties up to 50 people (they also provide beach chairs and picnic tables).
