A debut cake-decorating exhibition in Mumbai, organised by Dubai-based cake entrepreneur Khushi Malani, promises to be a veritable marketplace for all things sweet. Featuring competitions and demos by international experts, the three-day expo, called Cakeology, is also open to enthusiasts from the UAE. In addition to the demos, the event, which is organised by Malani's company Cakekraft India, will have an exhibitor's arena, where home bakers and professionals can display and sell their wares. A third section will host a cake-crafting competition centred on a fairy-tale theme.
