Dubai designer Rami Al Ali has launched Rami Al Ali White, a collection of ready-to-wear evening and bridal designs.
An annual collection, White prioritises quality over quantity, with the first iteration consisting of only 17 looks.
They carry all the Al Ali hallmarks – elegant silhouettes, decadent embroidery and detailed handiwork, with prices ranging from Dh5,020 to Dh53,320( $1,367 to $14,518).
Eschewing trends, the collection offers a timeless medley of Al Ali’s best pieces, drawn from the maison’s ready-to-wear archive. It features understated, off-the-shoulder dresses and bold, asymmetrical designs, as well as traditional silhouettes with intricate embroidery.
A floor-sweeping gown features delicate lace overlay and iridescent sequins, while a sleek, hand-embellished satin dress is fitted with a dramatic cape.
Accompanying the ready-to-wear line is a collection of accessories, including matching headpieces and veils.
"The decision to launch Rami Al Ali White was one that was made some time ago and felt like a natural next step for the brand.
"However, in light of the recent global pandemic, the launch date for the collection was accelerated. This extension of the Rami Al Ali brand, is one that I am very excited to share with our customers," the designer says.
