After being crowned Sneaker of the Year at the Footwear News Achievement Awards last November, two much-anticipated Creeper models under the Fenty x Puma label by singer Rihanna are finally available in stores starting today.
The first Creeper features a smooth, all-white leather exterior with the classic black Puma-patented formstrip, while the second is more edgy with an all-black, shiny cracked-leather look and the trademark formstrip. Both shoes also sport the signature Fenty outsole and a Puma by Rihanna tongue patch.
The practical Puma Creeper is one of the most popular platform trainers, and while the brand normally uses suede, the two new models stand out in their use of leather uppers.
Rihanna has been designing trendy Fenty-branded sneakers and slides since 2015, and her collaboration with Puma is one of the fashion industry’s biggest celebrity-meets-sportswear partnerships. Last month, she created satin-bow slides, laceless trainers and zip-up platform boots for Puma’s spring/summer 2017 collection.
The new Fenty Puma Creepers by Rihanna are available at Puma stores across the UAE, and cost Dh Dh650.
