She might have starred in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, but on the red carpet, Blake Lively is all about the statement gown.

The American actress, 33, might just be the queen of the quintessential Hollywood dress, donning a number of sleek, head-turning sequinned numbers over the years.

The Gossip Girl star, who shares three daughters with husband Ryan Reynolds, is a world away from her character of Serena van der Woodsen when it comes to her personal style.

Whereas the privileged teen was all about boho separates, Lively is the master of ultra-glam gowns that toe the line between vintage appeal and contemporary touches.

Turning to the likes of Versace, Gucci and Chanel, a smattering of Elie Saab and Zuhair Murad can also be found among her most memorable looks.
