Lebanese designers and black statement dresses ruled the London red carpet last night

While the Duchess of Cambridge didn't join the Time's Up movement supporters in their choice to wear black on the Baftas red carpet, the above stars did.

From Lupita Nyong'o in Elie Saab to Jennifer Lawrence in Christian Dior and Angelina Jolie in Ralph & Russo Couture, this red carpet proved that fashion can make more than just a style statement (and, more superficially, that black can be very versatile a shade).
