It seems that glittering and glamorous was the dress code for the night, as a number of starlets from the world of music walked the 2020 American Music Awards red carpet in sparkling silver dresses.
Jennifer Lopez chose a Balmain two-piece for the event, one of the first major physical red carpets to take place since Covid-19 social distancing restrictions were put in place.
Also following the silver dress code were British model Cara Delevingne, in a shimmering suit, singer Bebe Rexha and the ceremony's host, actress Taraji P Henson.

Not everyone stuck to the silver dress code, however. Megan Fox arrived with rapper boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly wearing dark green Azzi & Osta, a Lebanese fashion label, and Dua Lipa donned a colourful Versace look.
