Danish jewellery brand Georg Jensen has put down roots in Dubai’s City Walk 2.
For the opening, the company flew in a master silversmith from its Copenhagen headquarters to demonstrate various techniques used by Georg Jensen in its 112-year history.
The Dubai store features an interior made up of metallic art deco elements and sculptural lighting fixtures, mixed with the smooth surfaces of Scandinavian minimalism. A handcrafted display table is the boutique’s focal point and the overall aesthetic was developed in collaboration with acclaimed Danish architect David Thulstrup.
