Tajer Residences apartment comes with a view of Burj Khalifa

If I asked you whether a two-bedroom apartment in Dubai was worth Dh5.3 million you might ask, quite reasonably, why. Well, the reason is because of its location in the Tajer Residences on the Old Town Island in Downtown Dubai. This is a cause for celebration, as it may mean Dubai’s property market has started to become a more traditional, established and readable market where location counts for everything.

The fact that Downtown Dubai is now levying a serious premium means the market is beginning to act in a more obvious manner when it comes to pricing property. This apartment – which will be vacant on transfer – will appeal to both the investor and the end user, thank to its unique location.

Tastefully decorated, the property is in good condition and offers 1,518 square feet of space including two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The open-plan living area includes a fully-fitted dark wood kitchen complete with white goods and a dining and living area separated by an attractive alcove.
