Mubadala Development will begin selling more than 140 serviced apartments at its Rosewood and Four Seasons hotels on Al Maryah Island.
The Abu Dhabi strategic investment company completed a block of 73 apartments – including one, two and three bedroom units – and three penthouses linked to the Rosewood back in 2013 and is leasing many of them to tenants.
Mubadala is also developing a separate block of 69 apartments and duplexes, plus two penthouses linked to the under-construction Four Seasons, which it plans to sell off-plan to investors during the second half of the year. The hotel is due to open next year.
Apartments from both complexes will be displayed at the Cityscape Abu Dhabi property show later this week.
“Al Maryah Island’s designation as a financial free zone means this rare opportunity to acquire residential units on the Island is open to UAE and GCC nationals and expatriates,” said Ali Eid AlMheiri, the executive director of Mubadala Real Estate & Infrastructure.
Both hotels are in Abu Dhabi Global Market Square, previously Sowwah Square.
