Dubai Properties has started to sell off a further 200 completed homes at its delayed Remraam scheme in Dubailand.
The 56-building community, located just off the Emirates Road and close to Al Maktoum International Airport, was hit hard by the global financial downturn, but rents have been on the rise recently.
The units range from studios to three-bedroom apartments and are available immediately.
