Aldar will on October 4 start selling 260 villas and town houses under the third phase of its Dh6 billion Yas Acres, the Abu Dhabi developer’s flagship golf and waterfront development on Yas Island.

The project for the first time will offer two-bedroom town houses, alongside three-bedroom town houses and three- and four-bedroom duplexes. Prices for the homes, situated on the western side of Yas Acres, begin at Dh2.3 million depending on sizes ranging from 200 square metres to 324 sq metres.

The developer is offering payment options for would-be buyers in particular its 30/70 plan, wherein 30 per cent of the purchase price is payable during construction and the 70 per cent balances is due upon handover.

Aldar earlier said that 90 per cent of Yas Acres homes released to the market have been sold, with new customers form the Gulf and the wider Mena region making the most purchases.

Aldar chief executive Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, in a statement, said they have reported strong sales for the development and “we expect to continue with the launch of this third phase, bringing a new two bedroom townhouse offering to market.”

Our diverse buyer mix suggests that Yas Acres will become a unique and engaging community – and one of the most desirable addresses in Abu Dhabi.”
