Al Tayer Motors, the Jaguar Land Rover dealer for Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, said sales grew 52 per cent in fiscal year 2013-14 compared with 2012-13 on the back of strong sales for both brands.
Individually, Land Rover sales were up more than 56 per cent and Jaguar sales were 29 per cent higher last fiscal year.
Jaguar sales were boosted by a 60 per cent increase in sales of the XJ and a 5 per cent rise for the XF, as well as deliveries of the Jaguar F-Type convertible, Al Tayer said.
