  • Philip Lee Harvey was in Kenya when he heard about a wedding in a nearby village. He introduced himself and was invited to stay. The groom and his friends happily posed for photographs, while the bride stood alone, deep in thought. Harvey took only a few images of her before she left for the ceremony. Two years later, he found the couple and delivered them their long overdue wedding pictures. Courtesy Xposure 2018

International photographers come together over four days to tell stories through striking images

The four-day Xposure 2018 photography festival in Sharjah features photographers from around the world sharing stories through exhibited works, workshops and seminars for industry professionals and photography enthusiasts, competitions, photo walks, a trade show and more.

The exhibitions are available to be viewed for free and the photographers are present during the festival so attendees have the chance to meet them and hear more about their art.

Xposure 2018 runs until Saturday at the Expo Centre in Sharjah. xposure.ae
