30 Rock Star Tracy Morgan OK after collapse in Utah

The comedian Tracy Morgan has been released from hospital and is heading back to work, the Associated Press reported.

Morgan passed out shortly after giving a speech at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah on Monday. Taking to Twitter, he said the city's altitude "shook up this kid from Brooklyn".

Although there were reports that Morgan had been acting strangely before collapsing, and may have been drinking, a spokesman for the Park City Medical Centre, where he was taken, later told TMZ.com that no drugs or alcohol were found in his system.

Morgan, the recipient of a kidney transplant two years ago, was at Sundance with co-stars Jesse Eisenberg and Melissa Leo for their new film Predisposed.

A forthcoming episode of 30 Rock will borrow a controversial incident from Morgan's real life last June, by portraying his character as having to apologise for telling homophobic jokes.

Bose was part of the Super Stars XI captained by Gullit, and played against Indian football captain Baichung Bhutia. Bose's other teammates included the French World Cup star Christian Karembu and Dutch international Regi Blinker.

"Played to send out a signal - Sikkim's ready for tourism post the earthquake & to pay tribute to a legend ... Sikkim United beat (us) the All Stars XI, 8-4," Bose tweeted.

Other simple ideas for sushi rice dishes

Cheat’s nigiri
This is easier to make than sushi rolls. With damp hands, form the cooled rice into small tablet shapes. Place slices of fresh, raw salmon, mackerel or trout (or smoked salmon) lightly touched with wasabi, then press, wasabi side-down, onto the rice. Serve with soy sauce and pickled ginger.

Easy omurice
This fusion dish combines Asian fried rice with a western omelette. To make, fry cooked and cooled sushi rice with chopped vegetables such as carrot and onion and lashings of sweet-tangy ketchup, then wrap in a soft egg omelette.

Deconstructed sushi salad platter
This makes a great, fuss-free sharing meal. Arrange sushi rice on a platter or board, then fill the space with all your favourite sushi ingredients (edamame beans, cooked prawns or tuna, tempura veggies, pickled ginger and chilli tofu), with a dressing or dipping sauce on the side.
