My Burberry Eau de Parfum Festive
Taking inspiration from the brand's iconic trench coat, the My Burberry fragrance was launched last year and looked to mirror the scent of a London garden after a rainstorm. A year later, the British luxury brand has unveiled a reinterpretation of the fragrance, My Burberry Eau de Parfum Festive, just in time for the holiday season. Much like its predecessor, the new fragrance – also based on the trench coat – was developed by perfumer Francis Kurkdjian and features similar scents: top notes of sweet pea, bergamot and geranium, followed by heart notes of golden quince and freesia, and rounded off with base notes of centifolia and Damascus rose. What differentiates the new fragrance, however, is what it leaves behind. The Burberry perfume features golden glitter – visible through the bottle – that stays on the skin when sprayed. The bottle has also been reimagined, featuring a similar rectangular glass casing and round top, but with a ribbon in a lighter shade of gold.
A Journey in Style
London's iconic Heathrow Airport was officially launched in 1966, and over the years has welcomed the likes of Marilyn Monroe, Mick Jagger, The Beatles and even the Queen. It now handles more than 70 million passengers every year, many of whom fly out of Terminal 5, known for its high-end retail offering. To commemorate the opening of a new Chanel store on December 22, Heathrow has collaborated with supermodel Yasmin Le Bon to create a coffee-table book titled A Journey in Style. The beautiful tome, by Elizabeth Walker, features more than 160 images that encapsulate the glamour of air travel. Captured in the pages are style-savvy individuals such as Marlene Dietrich, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis and Umm Kulthum as they travel through the airport – making it ideal for anyone who enjoys fashion, travel and vintage glamour.

La Prairie Caviar Spectaculaire
The skincare brand La Prairie first introduced caviar into its products in 1987. Twenty-eight years later, the brand, originally born out of Clinique La Prairie in Montreux, Switzerland, has released the Caviar Spectaculaire. The limited-edition product features a jar of La Prairie's lifting and firming Skin Caviar Luxe Cream, which is nestled into a Baccarat caviar server. The handcrafted crystal structure is inspired by Baccarat's signature Harcourt 1841 stemware, the brand's oldest design, and features a ring of cobalt blue near the base. The holder can also be transformed from a cream holder to a caviar serving bowl, simply by removing the jar that contains the cream from the inside and replacing it with the glass bowl. The product, along with the glass bowl and a caviar spoon, comes wrapped in a pretty presentation box. La Prairie's Caviar Spectaculaire is priced at Dh9,600, and can be purchased from Harvey Nichols Dubai, Bloomingdale's Dubai and Paris Gallery in The Dubai Mall and Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi.
