A renowned Ibiza clubbing brand is coming to the UAE for the first time. This year celebrating 20 years in the heart of San Antonio’s renowned “sunset strip”, Café Mambo Ibiza is one of the island’s best known nightlife destinations.
Now a piece of the classic brand is making a Dubai debut, with creekside hangout Cielo Sky Lounge hosting the Café Mambo Ibiza Global Tour for one night only.
Taking place on Thursday November 6, the night will feature a set from the Mambo Brothers, who promise to bring the latest club smashes direct from dancefloors across the planet, with Dubai the final stop on a world tour which has travelled from Rio De Janeiro to Sharm El Sheikh.

TOUCH RULES
Touch is derived from rugby league. Teams consist of up to 14 players with a maximum of six on the field at any time.
Teams can make as many substitutions as they want during the 40 minute matches.
Similar to rugby league, the attacking team has six attempts - or touches - before possession changes over.
A touch is any contact between the player with the ball and a defender, and must be with minimum force.
After a touch the player performs a “roll-ball” - similar to the play-the-ball in league - stepping over or rolling the ball between the feet.
At the roll-ball, the defenders have to retreat a minimum of five metres.
A touchdown is scored when an attacking player places the ball on or over the score-line.

What is myofascial pain syndrome?
Myofascial pain syndrome refers to pain and inflammation in the body’s soft tissue. MPS is a chronic condition that affects the fascia (connective tissue that covers the muscles, which develops knots, also known as trigger points).
What are trigger points?
Trigger points are irritable knots in the soft tissue that covers muscle tissue. Through injury or overuse, muscle fibres contract as a reactive and protective measure, creating tension in the form of hard and, palpable nodules. Overuse and sustained posture are the main culprits in developing trigger points.
What is myofascial or trigger-point release?
Releasing these nodules requires a hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure to release muscular shortness and tightness. This eliminates restrictions in connective tissue in orderto restore motion and alleviate pain. Therapy balls have proven effective at causing enough commotion in the tissue, prompting the release of these hard knots.
