Annual rent for a three-bedroom apartment in Burj Khalifa, Dubai

Features The 2,663-square-foot luxury apartment is located in the world's tallest building, and features three main bedrooms, as well as a third en-suite room.

Pros We love the way that wallpaper has been used to create accent walls in bedrooms, and to disguise awkward columns in the living areas. The finishes across the apartment, from the wooden floors to the marble bathrooms, are high-quality. The kitchen comes fitted with a Sub-Zero fridge, Miele oven, dishwasher and dryer. And you would be living in one of Dubai's most desirable addresses.

Cons The architecture of the Burj Khalifa dictates that some of the interiors are a bit awkwardly shaped.

They say If you enjoy the finer things in life, this is the place for you.

We say You could do a whole lot worse.
