Thrill seekers in Dubai will have more than one reason to jump for joy from this month. The largest indoor trampoline park in the Middle East will be opening in the Al Quoz area of Dubai on May 22.
Flip Out Dubai will have 200 interconnected trampolines and 10 trampoline-based attractions, including football, volleyball and dodgeball for stunt lovers and fitness enthusiasts.
Trampolining has gained traction as a fitness trend in the last few years. The fun activity doubles up as a low-impact cardio workout and improves balance.
The Australian chain of indoor trampoline playgrounds, Bounce, opened its first branch in Dubai in 2014. Bounce Middle East has also expanded to Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, with the new parks opening up this summer.
