Lindsay Lohan headed to rehab

Lindsay Lohan is headed to rehab

Lindsay Lohan isn't headed back to jail – but she won't be able to party for a while, either. The troubled 26-year-old actress accepted a plea deal on Monday in a misdemeanour car-crash case that includes 90 days in a locked-down rehabilitation facility. The deal includes community labour and psychological therapy. Before the actress left the courtroom, the judge offered her advice: "Don't drive." Lohan arrived nearly an hour late for the proceedings and was showered with confetti as she passed through a barrage of media to enter the courthouse. – AP

The rock band Thirty Seconds to Mars, fronted by the actor Jared Leto, wanted the announcement for their new album to be out of this world. And that's where their first single debuted. Up in the Air was sent to the International Space Station for an exclusive listening on Monday. The new album, Love Lust Faith + Dreams, will be out on May 21.
