Lindsay Lohan has been spotted out and about in Dubai and an Instagram post by Dubai One television presenter Dina Butti suggests the celebrity may be here to stay.
“Amazing to get to actually sit and talk to the beautiful @lindsaylohan who’s currently based IN DUBAI!!!” Butti posted on the social media site this week.
Lohan has reportedly been in the emirate since early November visiting her self-proclaimed best friend, Dubai lifestyle blogger, Karen Wazen Bakhazi.
