Al Quoz will come alive on Saturday, November 8, with a full day of art, talks, music, exhibition openings and pop-up stores.

Quoz Arts Festival, the annual festival celebrating art and creativity, features a wide range of events in the art galleries and communal spaces throughout Dubai’s industrial zone.

Highlights include a talk by the renowned artist Sara Rahbar about her latest exhibition, Swarming, in Carbon 12 gallery.

At Gulf Photo Plus, The National photographer Antonie Robertson will demonstrate tintype photography and musicians from The Fridge will give live performances.

At A4, the fashion designer Essa will showcase womenswear and accessories, plus there will be interactive art installations.

The photographer Reem Al Hilou, from Humans of Dubai, will capture the action for social media, and in the evening, the Dubai International Film Festival will screen short films by the American painter Edward Hopper.
