Ingredients
1 medium handful of baby spinach leaves
1 medium handful of kale
1 apple (if using a high-grade blender, you can use the entire apple, minus the stem)
1 banana
¼ cup young coconut meat (or use 2 to 3 tbsp of almond butter)
2 to 3 dried (pitted) dates
1 tsp spirulina powder (blue green algae; high in vitamins, minerals, detoxifying)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Pinch of vanilla bean
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
1½ to 2 cups water or coconut water (use less for thicker consistency, more for thinner consistency)
Method
1 Process all ingredients in a high-quality blender or juicing machine. Blend until smooth.
2 Add cacao nibs for garnish and texture.
