Did you catch the Flash Mob that performed in Abu Dhabi's Khalidiyah Mall this past Friday?
Apparently, 120 students from schools and colleges in the capital provided some unprecedented entertainment to shoppers, just after 8pm on Friday night. A lot of the songs they danced to were Nicki Minaj songs, as evidenced from
.
As wonderful as it is to see all that synchronised dancing, it's even more fun seeing how much the crowd enjoyed it, cheering and applauding as they did.
To be honest, though, it seems more like a performance by young dancers in the middle of the mall's atrium, than a true flash mob.
Still, I hope I don't miss the next one, wherever and whenever it may be!

Described as 'the grandmother of the settler movement', she has encouraged the expansion of settlements for decades. The 79 year old leads radical settler movement Nachala, whose aim is for Israel to annex Gaza and the occupied West Bank, where it helps settlers built outposts.
