No doubt because of Dubai's rather spectacular backdrop, the coveted "biggest film of Christmas" gong has this year gone to <i>Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol</i> . The film claimed the box office number one spot in the US and in many other charts across the world, including the UAE, and although it could have something to do with Tom Cruise's rather impressive running, jumping, climbing, abseiling, punching and general secret agenting, we like to think it was helped by the lovely shots of the Dubai Creek, the Burj Khalifa and the Zabeel Saray (although many might have thought it was in India). Paramount said that by Monday, December 26, <i>Ghost Protocol </i> had earned US$140 million (Dh514m) outside the US (where it has brought home just under $60 million), and that it was expected to top $200 million by year's end. Hopefully, this will be enough to pay for the damage done to the Burj Khalifa, or at least to pay for someone to clean
