With temperatures now nicely cooled off for winter, cinema chain Vox has re-launched a revamped take of its outdoor screen.
Located on the rooftop at Dubai’s Galleria Mall, Vox Outdoor offers luxury lounge seating amid greenery and glass.
Unveiled last winter, the winter 2016 relaunch promises a newly renovated venue, complete with hi-tech projection and sound systems.
Tickets, priced previously from Dh150, include a food and drink hamper – popcorn, cookies and either nachos or a hotdog – plus a blanket to get snug.
Look out for planned themed nights, including Action-Packed Hollywood Monday, Girl’s Night Out on Tuesday, and a horror-filled Wednesday, plus with special weekend kid’s screenings.
