Catch the Dubai finals of Hard Rock Rising 2016 as local bands When the Night Comes compete live against Dayuhan to see who will represent the emirate in the regional stage of the contest. Today, more than 425 bands will appear on stage at 107 Hard Rock Cafe and Hotel locations around the world as part of a one-day music showcase. Dubai has been chosen, along with Glasgow and Orlando, to have the event live-streamed on Hard Rock International's social media, giving local bands a global audience.
