In The Belko Experiment, an ordinary day at the office becomes a horrific quest for survival when 80 employees at the Belko Corp in Colombia, learn that they are pawns in a deadly game. Trapped inside their building, a voice over the intercom tells the staffers that to workers must be killed in 30 minutes. In Documentary Drawings of the Kafr Qasem Massacre, Samia Halaby presents a series of drawings from a long-standing project that depicts the murders of 49 Palestinian civilians by Israeli border guards in 1956. The images were created after more than a decade of research by Halaby, including interviews of survivors and relatives, translated documents and gathered images.
