Exclusive glimpse into La Perle theatre - Dubai's first resident show

The UAE's first resident show, La Perle, is due to open on August 31. Here is an exclusive peek at photos from the purpose-built theatre in Al Habtoor City where the show will take place.

The theatre

The 1,300-seat state-of-the-art aqua theatre has been desgined so that each seat has a guaranteed view of the pool, the stage and  acrobatics. Unlike other venues of the same audience capacity, Le Perle theatre only has 14 rows, which lends an intimate atmosphere to what in reality is a huge space and a feat of engineering. The theatre will have an “aqua-stage” filled with 2.7 million litres of water and fountains.

The show

Produced by legendary Creative Director Franco Dragone, the show promises to be a Vegas-style spectacle filled with daredevil water and aerial stunts. Inspired by the modernity of Dubai it boasts more than 130 world-class artistic, athletic and technical team members from 23 countries

The first performance will be held on August 31 and tickets start from Dh400 with bronze, silver, gold and VIP packages available.
