Popular Indian composer and performer AR Rahman will perform at The Concert Arena in Bollywood Parks Dubai on January 26.
But he's not coming alone. It's just been announced that Armaan Malik will also join Rahman's for The Journey – Celebrating Music. Organised by Brothers Incorporated, the Oscar and Grammy winner will bring his musical ensemble which features more than 20 vocalists and musicians from India and other parts of the world.
The concert is set last for 150 minutes with Rahman performing for approximately 2 hours. The 51-year-old’s specially curated show in the UAE will boast a custom-designed set, stage and production just for Dubai.
Rahman is known for hits such as Jai Ho, Sadda Haq, Tere Bina and Tanha Tanha. He has composed soundtracks for Hollywood films 127 Hours, Slumdog Millionaire, The Lord of War, and more. His works have won him two Oscars, two Grammys, a Bafta and a Golden Globe, among many other awards.
The Journey – Celebrating Music will be at The Concert Arena at Bollywood Parks Dubai on January 26. Concert starts at 6pm. Early-bird tickets are sold out. Tickets, priced from Dh157.50, are available at dubai.platinumlist.net
