Ok, so he's clearly not in Berlin at all. But the Iranian film director, currently banned from filmmaking and facing a six-year prison term in Iran for "colluding with the intention to commit crimes against the country's national security and propaganda against the Islamic Republic", did have a presence at the 62nd Berlinale film festival.
Given the cold and the snow, he might have wanted to wear something with long sleeves...
