With a trimmed-down guest list and lack of post-ceremony parties, this year's Oscars didn't afford the usual amount of celebrity-shoulder-rubbing as previous events.

However, that didn't mean the A-list still weren't able to mingle on Hollywood's biggest night.

A number of nominees and winners attended the intimate in-person ceremony, held on Sunday at Los Angeles's Union Station.

And while the set and red carpet were socially distanced, a number of stars were able to mingle backstage after winning their little golden statues.

Daniel Kaluuya, Brad Pitt, Youn Yuh-jung and Frances McDormand were among those caught chatting in the press room during the ceremony.

Nomadland director Chloe Zhao, singer HER and Promising Young Woman director Emerald Fennell were also snapped backstage as they came to terms with their wins.
