Swiss luxury jeweller and watchmaker Chopard just launched its latest collection, Happy Dreams, at the brand's boutique in Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi.
What’s so special about the Happy Dreams collection? For starters, it’s totally dreamy – that is, if your dreams contain oodles of diamonds. For this range, dainty gold circles are stacked up in a cloud-like formation. A single circle, or more, will be bordered with diamonds, and will encircle a pirouette diamond, or, in some pieces, a trio of diamonds.
The 18-piece collection comprises rings, bracelets, pendants and earrings in a range of shapes and sizes, with options in both 18K yellow and rose gold. There is also a spectacular timepiece available, featuring a sleek, black satin strap, diamond-set case and feminine mother-of-pearl dial decorated with a cluster of prong-set diamonds. This was designed to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Chopard’s Happy Diamonds collection.
For the Abu Dhabi launch, window displays at the Chopard boutique were redesigned to incorporate fluffy white clouds; a dreamlike space indeed for the dazzling diamond jewellery.
