Luxury magazine's fashion team ventured out to Oman's Al Hajar mountains for our latest shoot. We stayed at the Alila Jabal Akhdar resort, where we had prime access to breathtaking scenery. You can get a feel for the grandeur of our location from the opener of the fashion editorial, which depicts our model lying across a rocky plateau. She wears a green jumpsuit by local fashion label Endemage, with glitzy platform heels by Miu Miu, which were flown in from Milan, specifically for the shoot.
We styled her with layers of jewellery: Art Deco-inspired pieces were used from Dubai-based jewellery brand D by Dalia; chunky, geometric cuffs were borrowed from Marni; and a floral camouflage printed floral brooch was a fun, quirky find from Versace.
With the Ramadan season fast approaching, we envision this outfit as an ideal inspiration point for glamorous Suhoor nights and elegant Eid parties. A jewel-toned jumpsuit is a beautiful piece in its own right, but why stop there? Throw on a mixture of unexpected accessories — think chunky cuffs combined with cocktail rings — to create an edgy and eclectic evening style.
