H.E. Sheikha Wafa Hasher Al Maktoum, founder and director of FN Designs, has just unveiled the Art of Giving collection, featuring T-shirts with road safety signs. Proceeds from the T-shirt sales will be used to purchase donations for the UAE’s construction worker community. Donated items will include telephone cards, shoes, medicine, blankets, clothing and food.
“Our aim is to encourage people to work together for the benefit of our society and show their appreciation for the significant contribution workers make,” says the Sheikha. “The T-shirts will not only bring a little joy to those in need but are also aimed to spread awareness of about road safety measures as these people generally work on streets and hazardous sites.”
The T-shirts cost Dh200 each and are available at FN Designs in Alserkal Avenue, Dubai.
