US deports thousands of Haitian migrants

Authorities on horseback blocked Haitian migrants crossing the Rio Grande from entering the US as the country begins to deport people from an encampment under a bridge. As many as 12,000 migrants had been staying there, crossing the border for food and supplies in Mexico until the deportations began.
