The 74th session of UNGA begins with a climate summit

The United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) 2019 kicks off in earnest today as world leaders gather in New York to discuss pressing global issues.

Key figures were missing from the Climate Action Summit but UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres will hope to make progress regardless.
