VIENNA // Diplomats say North Korea is again allowing UN monitors to inspect its main nuclear facility. The move comes a day after Pyongyang said it would resume dismantling its nuclear facilities, after the United States removed North Korea from its list of states sponsoring terrorism. North Korea halted its nuclear disablement in mid-August in anger over what it called US delays in removing it from the terror list. The country subsequently took steps toward reassembling its plutonium-producing facility and barred international inspectors from the site. The two diplomats revealing the latest developments spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because they were not authorised to go public with the information.
