Vision 2030: Sheikh Hazza looks at plans for services across Abu Dhabi

Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed, the National Security Adviser, has inspected plans for the emirate's three municipalities concerning  development in residential areas.
Sheikh Hazza, also vice chairman of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi, inspected infrastructure plans for Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region.
The plans are developed under the supervision of the municipal affairs department in Abu Dhabi, which is to develop infrastructure and utilities in line with the Abu Dhabi Government's Vision 2030.
In his meeting the Executive Council's infrastructure and environment committee and the municipal affairs department, Sheikh Hazza looked at plans for priorities and future needs of residential areas, and how best to use resources and assets.
He said these plans played an essential role in providing decent living circumstances for citizens and residents.
Sheikh Hazza said that developing the service sector led directly to social development and more social cohesion.
He added the success and sustainability of providing services needed continuous, up-to-date information and meticulous planning by government authorities and their private partners.
