The weather is expected to be generally fair with partial cloud at times over the UAE on Monday, and moderate to fresh winds gradually reducing temperatures.
Winds will become strong at times, especially over the sea, and will cause rising dust and poor visibility over exposed areas during daytime.
The south-westerly to north-westerly wind over the coast will range from 30kph to 40kph, and over interior regions it will range from 16kph to 36kph.
South-easterly to north-easterly wind in mountain areas will range between 20kph and 32kph, the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology said.
Temperatures will vary from 26°C to 40°C along the coast, 25°C to 43°C inland and 24°C to 34°C in the mountains, the weather bureau said.
Relative humidity will increase overnight and early Tuesday morning over some coastal and interior areas, with a chance of fog especially over northern areas.
The weather bureau said maximum humidity would range between 70 and 85 per cent across coastal areas, 55 and 75 per cent in the interior and 30 and 50 per cent in the mountains.
Conditions will be rough to very rough in the Arabian Gulf, and moderate to rough in the Oman Sea.
