UAE weather: hot and hazy conditions to continue

Weather officials warned of very hot weather today in the UAE today.

It will be partly cloudy and hazy at times, and clouds will increase over eastern and southern areas. The clouds will possibly connect in the afternoon and result in some rainfall. Yesterday, moderate rain was reported over East of Munay, and lighter rain fell on the eastern side of Shoukah and Wadi Al Ejeili.

The wind will remain light to moderate and cause blowing dust over exposed areas.

And as usual, relative humidity will increase during the night and tomorrow early morning over some coastal areas. The Sea of Oman and Arabian Gulf will remain slight to moderate.

The lowest temperature recorded in the UAE this morning was 26C at Jebel Jais in Ras Al Khaimah at 7:30. The highest temperature recorded over the country yesterday was 48.1 in Mukhariz at 3pm.
