Beachgoers should be cautious as the sea will continue to be rough over the weekend.
Waves could reach up to 12-feet offshore because of a strong northwesterly wind, the National Centre of Metreology and Seismology said. The sea will remain moderate to rough in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea throughout Friday and Saturday.
The strong wind may also blow up dust. Wind speed may reach up to 60 km/h in coastal areas, 55 km/h in mountainous and 42 km/h in internal parts of the country.
Clouds are also expected on Thursday and Friday, with the temperature in internal parts of the country forecast at a high of 32°C. In the mountains, it may drop to 10°C.
Humidity will remain high, reaching up to 95 per cent in some areas.
The centre warned of low visibility due to fog formation in internal and coastal parts of the country on Friday and Saturday.
