For more than a year, and for reasons that remain unclear to me, 4G data would not work on my phone, only 3G — something that needed to be fixed by Etisalat. A technician eventually fixed the problem, which was on their end. Am I entitled to compensation?
If you were paying for 4G services and were getting 3G services than you should complain at Etisalat to fix the issue. If the issues does not get resolved and you continue to pay for 4G issue then you have a right to claim the difference of amount paid towards 4G data. You are only entitled for damages as long as technical fault was at their end.
