DUBAI // A minor accident was reported on Sunday at 9.15am on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road on the way from Dubai Fruit and Vegetable Market to Sharjah.
The accident led to traffic congestion that would clear after the vehicles were removed from the road, the Dubai Police traffic department said this morning.
In the Sharjah to Dubai direction on the same road, there was a normal flow of traffic free of congestion. Al Ittihad Road also had a normal flow of traffic.
An accident also took place at Al Manama Street in Dubai at 9.10am, leading to the complete closure of the street and forcing motorists to change their routes.
