RAS AL KHAIMAH // A Comoros Islands passport-holder and a Tanzanian were killed instantly and seven Emiratis were injured in a head-on road collision on Friday night in Al Saadi Street.
The accident happened when a car overtook without first ensureing the road ahead was clear, and then colliding with an oncoming vehicle, reported Al Ittihad, the Arabic-language sister paper of The National.
