DUBAI // Motorists have been urged to drive carefully along a section of Sheikh Zayed Road on Thursday and Friday mornings as maintenance work is taking place.
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) will be carrying out work on an asphalt pavement between the 1st interchange and the Trade Centre roundabout in the direction of Dubai.
The work will take place from 2am to 10am on Thursday and from dawn to 10am on Friday.
The three right-side lanes will be shut on Thursday, with the three left lanes being closed on Friday.
This will mean only two lanes will remain open on both days when the work is being carried out.
