AJMAN // Three-quarters of new roads have been completed in the Al Mwaihat area of the emirate, Ajman Municipality has said.
The area, adjacent to Sheikh Ammar Street, has been targeted for work by the municipality’s Roads and Infrastructure Department, which has been paving, maintaining and developing roads and streets across Ajman.
Yahya Ibrahim Ahmad, general director of Ajman Municipality, said: “The department is continuing implementing a package of projects in different areas of Ajman, including Al Mwaihat, where the completion percentage is 75 per cent, in addition to Masfout, Al Manama and Mazira areas.”
The general director said the department is keen to make Ajman an attractive destination for investment and tourism, and wants to provide the best services for people who live there.
