A number of accidents were reported on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road in Dubai on Monday, as the Ministry of Interior warned motorists to drive carefully in the foggy weather.
The ministry said in a tweet that there was low visibility in different parts of Abu Dhabi.
Accidents were reported on Mohammed bin Zayed Road after the E66 Dubai-Al Ain intersection towards Abu Dhabi, resulting in heavy congestion. Another incident was reported on the road towards Sharjah before the Silicon Oasis exit.
There were no immediate reports of injuries.
